As the Housekeeper, your responsibility is to uphold a clean and sanitary environment, with a specific focus on resident apartments and common areas. You will safely use equipment and cleaning supplies in the process.

In this role, you are responsible for preserving the cleanliness of resident apartments and maintaining a hygienic environment. Your cleaning duties extend to common areas such as lobbies, sitting areas, and dining rooms. Compliance with policies, including punctuality, adherence to scheduled work times, and maintaining a professional appearance, is expected. Adhering to departmental reporting policies for absences is crucial. Ensure that daily duties are completed as scheduled, and address nonscheduled tasks as time permits. Additionally, promptly informing the supervisor of required equipment or facility repairs and any special requests from residents is an integral aspect of your responsibilities.

While one year of prior experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Qualifications include:

• Capability to consistently meet production and quality standards on a scheduled basis.

We are committed to providing equitable pay for all team members, and for this role, we estimate a reasonable hourly pay range of $16.64 USD to $21.00 USD per hour. The actual salary may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievements, and business needs.
