Role Overview:Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) serves three primary roles: it is the world’s leading presenter of superb artistic programming, is a national leader in arts education and community relations, and functions as the manager of the Lincoln Center campus, which is home to 11 separate resident organizations. LCPA presents over 350 performances annually throughout our different performance series.
Guest Experience Representatives (GE Reps) are the welcoming faces of Lincoln Center, and will be supporting Lincoln Center's upcoming Summer for the City Festival this summer. They greet guests at events and performances in David Geffen Hall, Alice Tully Hall, The David Rubenstein Atrium, Stanley Kaplan Penthouse, Clark Studio, Damrosch Park and other locations around the Lincoln Center campus. In addition to greeting and general wayfinding, they assist guests at all entry & security checkpoints. It is important that Guest Experience Reps always model Lincoln Center’s three Guest Experience Principles: Inclusive, Engaged and Distinct.
