- Associates or Bachelor degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of current instructional strategies preferred
- Ability to develop lesson plans that meet educational standards
- Familiarity with classroom management skills
- Recent teaching experience
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
