NPB Companies, Inc., a leading concert, event and venue security company, is seeking new team members in St. Louis to serve as event staff and security at venues and events within Saint Louis and the surrounding area. This position will serve a variety of roles that may include but not be limited to security, usher, ticket taker and more. We offer competitive pay in a fun, caring and enjoyable work environment.

This is a primarily part-time position, with the opportunity to pick up as many as 40 hours on some weeks. OT is approved on a weekly and staff basis by managers. Schedules are flexible, with staff expected to work only 1-3 shifts a week.

• The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for the live entertainment industry, and has "self-starting" qualities.
• You will not always have a supervisor looking over your shoulder so you will be trusted and expected to uphold NPB standards in regards to not only guest services and security, but also attitude, timeliness, and dress code.
• Take pride in your work! We take care of some of the largest venues in St Louis who host household names on a regular basis; as a part of the NPB family you will be tasked with insuring everyone enters and exits the venue safely and guaranteeing a safe and memorable time for guests and talent alike.
• With the flexibility of our scheduling system, you will be charged with building your own schedule many weeks. We do not hold or guarantee shifts, it is a first come first serve basis. This means that YOU are in charge of how this job goes for you.
