Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Supporting front line cleaners
• Making sure all cleaning specifications are performed properly and in timely manner
• Maintaining supply inventory and delivering supplies to cleaning techs.
• Checking cleaning quality after cleaning shifts
• Training new and existing cleaning techs on proper cleaning technique
• Fill-In cleaning as needed

This is a hands-on position and not an office position . This position will work throughout the Chattanooga regional area daily. Your typical days of work are starting at 4:30pm. You will be collaborating daily with our team, working with our front-line employees, checking accounts, training new employee's, re-supplying accounts, and fill-in cleaning. The Individual selected must be capable of working little supervision, have good people skills , quick thinker, flexible, and a problem solver.
Must be over the age of 18 with a valid license & good driving record.
Must be able to pass background check.
