```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum for the classroom
- Support the lead teacher in managing student behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students who may require additional support or have special education needs
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Assist with classroom management, including maintaining a clean and organized learning environment
- Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and age-appropriate learning activities
- Ability to assist students with math concepts and other academic subjects as needed
- Experience working with diverse student populations and adapting instruction to meet individual needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
