Santikos Entertainment is seeking Concession Attendant’s to sell food and beverage items to theater guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Prepare food and beverage using Department of Health guidelines. Clean and maintains stock levels in concession area. Assist in cleaning and maintaining lobby and restrooms during slow periods. Perform the tasks of cashier or usher as required by staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis.

• Greet all guests in a polite and courteous manner.

• Enter all concessions sales into the register immediately and collect payment.

• Complete credit card, gift card and cash transactions while making accurate change.

• Responds to guest requests and attempts to satisfactorily resolve complaints. If unable to complete it, request management assistance.

• Thank guests after each transaction.

• Ensures the concessions area is completely stocked with all food items, paper products, and other supplies at opening.

• Replenishes stock throughout the entire shift.

• Ensures all items are attractively displayed and priced correctly.

• Prepares cooked foods in accordance with regulations.

• Operates all cooking and popping equipment according to instructions.

• Verifies there is sufficient change in the register at all times.

• Follows theatre policy of upselling and suggestive selling every guest.

• Asks each guest about our loyalty card program and/or describe the benefits.

• Count cash and miscellaneous coupons during and at the end of each shift.

• Cleans the concessions area using the checklist provided when closing.

• Make sure the cash register is always locked and logged out when leaving the concessions area.

• Tears tickets if no ticket taker is on duty.

• Monitors and assists in cleaning other theatre areas as needed.

• Follow all safety and security procedures.

• Must maintain a professional appearance at all times while on theater property.

• Be in uniform ready to work at the start of your scheduled shift.

Qualification Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required

• Work Permit under 18 years old required in certain states

• Be friendly and outgoing

• Ability to listen and follow directions

• Flexibility with scheduling able to work holidays, nights, and weekends

• Great can-do attitude and willingness to work

• Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
