Tubman is seeking 2 Part Time Youth & Family Workers to provide peer support at our NorthStar Youth Outreach Center, located at the Maplewood Mall. In this role you serve youth by providing case management, youth leadership development opportunities, connections to resources and serve as a mentor to help build on the individual strengths of each youth. You will also collaborate on systems initiatives with external partners to ensure culturally grounded and meaningful services are accessible for youth and families.
