Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in sales, events, marketing, demos, brand promotion or customer service.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor. Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management and dependability: show up on time for all events.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required. College students and veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Must have valid WA state driver's license and be 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Must be able to set up Smith Brothers Farms display booth and lift up to 50 lbs. Return vehicle and supplies in event-ready condition.
• Must be available to work events on weekends and select holidays.
• This is a safety sensitive position. We do preemployment drug tests, including THC.

General duties/responsibilities:

• Engage new customers, build brand awareness, and generate sales.
• Educate customers on our growing catalog of locally sourced food, home delivery service, and our family-owned company.
• Sign up new customers using our easy app.
• Set up / break down table, tent, and display.
• Report hours worked and event feedback.
• Follow all company and event safety requirements.
