Achieve is looking for on-call driving staff to help us support individuals with disabilities. Are you passionate about helping people and like making a difference in individuals days? Are you looking for flexibility? This might be the job for you! 
Most route times are between the hours of 6a-10a and 1p-4p.
The Achieve Driver - CDL will operate buses and/or vans owned and leased by Achieve to provide transportation to and from the Achieve Services program as well as other community integration and employment sites. The Achieve Driver – CDL may also drive trucks to pick up and/or deliver products to Achieve and/or companies. 

• Drive participants to and from home and job sites in a safe manner 
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle
• Assist in the development of transportation routes that will ensure the most cost effective and efficient ride possible for Achieve participants
• Support of programmatic interventions of participants while on the vehicle
• Provide work direction for Bus Aids when applicable
• Maintain vehicle in good and safe operating condition
• Communicate with appropriate staff and document any concerns on the corresponding forms
• Attend staff training and other meetings as required
• Drive trucks to pick up and/or deliver products to Achieve and/or companies
• Perform other duties as required
