SureStay Plus is Hiring a Part Time Maintenance Worker Near Falls, ID
Our part time maintenance worker is responsible for general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in guest rooms, common areas, exterior landscaping when weather permits and garbages. The part time maintenance worker also performs some repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, hotel property, grounds and pool area
-Responds to engineering, maintenance and building safety concerns
-Performs preventative maintenance projects
-Maintains departmental compliance with hotel maintenance procedures
-Effectively and professionally handles guest related concerns
-Maintains guest rooms, public space, and back of the hotel areas in good repair by performing tasks related to plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and painting to ensure an attractive and well maintained hotel
-Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
-Practical problem solving abilities
-Works well under pressure and handles multiple tasks at once
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends only
Work Location: In person
