Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills to promote additional products or specials
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for customers
