We are seeking a Part-Time Visual Arts Instructor to join the Vista team in providing art instruction and support to individuals with varying abilities in a community, day program setting. 
This is a great opportunity for an artistic individual who is looking for a part-time position that will allow for creative freedom in mentoring others in creating art portfolios, developing art series to be exhibited in the local community and galleries, and working on large scale and special art projects.
This position is based at our Madison, CT campus.
Current Shift Availability: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
 
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements for a Visual Arts Instructor: Associates Degree with one (1) year of arts related instruction experience or a High School Diploma plus two (2) years of arts related instruction experience. 
Essential Requirements for a Visual Arts Instructor include a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain a Public Service License (cost paid by Vista) within 90 days of hire. 
Hourly Rate: $21.43
