Our warehouse in Pharr is seeking a part time warehouse associate. This individual will work up to 30 hours per week. Will operate a forklift.

• Receiving and Inspection:Receive incoming HVAC products, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or delivery manifests.
• Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Organize and label received items, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of HVAC products using computerized systems.
• Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) to move, load, and unload products safely.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order processing and timely shipment.
• Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from obstructions to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain proper storage conditions for HVAC products, adhering to industry standards.
• Assist in periodic equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Quality Control and Documentation: Conduct regular quality control checks on HVAC products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product movements, inspections, and inventory records.
• Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products, paperwork, and data entry.
• Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri.
