The Blake School seeks to hire energetic and enthusiastic part-time and substitute camp counselors for its Spring Break at Blake and Summer at Blake programs. Join the fun and collaborative Summer at Blake team in a substitute or support role working with Pre-K-8th grade level programs. Candidates should have experience working in camps, early childhood and/or elementary settings and maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment. Schedules are flexible with opportunities for part-time schedules Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 5:45pm, during programming times.

Day Camp at Blake serves over 200 weekly participants, ages 4-14 in grades Pre-K-8 on the Blake Hopkins campus. Candidates should be available for employee training and preparation scheduled prior to the start of camp.

• Spring Break at Blake dates: 3/18 - 3/29/2024
• Summer at Blake dates: 6/24 - 8/09/2024
• Employee training and retreat dates: 6/10 - 6/21/2024
• No programs dates: 6/19/2024, 7/04/2024 and 7/05/2024

Day Camp at Blake will take place on Blake’s Hopkins campus. Transportation will be provided for all off-site excursions. Counselors and program specialists report to the director to ensure a safe, fun and nurturing environment for all participants.

The committee will begin the review of applications on Jan. 1.
