Responsibilities:

• Building maintenance
• Support shipping, receiving and production needs as required
• Getting office supplies for the front office and kitchen
• Ground maintenance and landscaping maintenance

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
