Outdoor Cleaner / Minor Maintenance

We are looking for a part-time estate / home outdoor cleaner and minor maintenance to keep the exterior of home clean and fixed.

The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for us and our guests.

Responsibilities

Estate / property external walk around which creates a variety of cleaning activities. Maintenance duties to include: sweep webs off house, spray/wash exterior, remove weeds, fix minor landscaping, or fix minor maintenance on the house, or oversee professionals that do those tasks.

Ensure estate is cared for and inspected according to standards.

Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.

Notify us on any damages, deficits and disturbances.

Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

Requirements and skills

Proven experience in cleaning and minor maintenance.

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Prioritization and time management skills

Working quickly without compromising quality

Knowledge of English language (Basic)

Part Time Work Hours:

One day a week, but could turn into more.

Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for 4-8 hours.
