Male client (16yrs) with cerebral palsy, and epilepsy. He is nonverbal, and incontinent. He can ambulate short distances but requires supervision or minimum assist when inside the home. He requires more hands on assist when going downstairs outside the home. He has a wheelchair for long distances. He can eat a regular diet of solid foods by mouth, but all liquids and medications go in his G-Tube. He likes music, being on his tablet, being sung to, and being in his room. He dislikes being told "no" or "stop". He may try to swat or scratch, but can be redirected with singing, a song, or any kind of music.

There is a large female Bull Mastiff in the home that roams freely, but she's very friendly, and lovable. Client attends school during the day so the caregiver will need to be able to work evenings during the week. Mon-Fri 3:30pm-7:30pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
