As a Maternity Group Home Case Manager, you will partner with youth to learn and develop the necessary skills for long term independence by developing positive parenting skills.

This Position:

We are interested in Maternity Group Home Case Managers with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related field OR equivalent combination of post-secondary school and experience that equals four years.

Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License is required.
