Summary: Support the Service Department operations by meeting and greeting Customers as they pull into the Service Drive. And then moving their Vehicle off the Service Drive and into the Service Department parking area.

Essential Duties:

• Meet and greet all Customers as they enter the Service Drive.
• Direct Customers to the available Service Advisors.
• Continue to pull Customer Vehicles forward to keep the Service Drive clear.
• Assist Service Advisors.
• Prep Vehicles for service: steering wheel covers, paper floor mats, etc.
• Pull Customer Vehicles back into the Service Department parking area.
• Provide excellent customer service!
• Maintain cleanliness of the Service Drive.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adherence to all attendance and punctuality standards.
• Adherence to timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons.
• Maintains a professional clean and pressed business appearance.
• Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.

Qualifications:

• Pass background check and drug screening
• Possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Working Conditions:

This physically demanding position requires frequent movement (i.e., bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift).
