- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with reconciliations of financial accounts
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
