$17.00-20.00 per hour (rate offered will be based on qualifications and level of experience).

• Before Care Teacher 6:30am or 7:00 am to 9:30am
• After School Teacher 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Part Time Responsibilities:

• Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your centers success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Escort children to and from the bus during pick up and drop off times.
• Distribute breakfast and snack to children.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED with experience required; degreed preferred (or 2 years of school age teaching experience)
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
