Part Time:

• PM 18 hours per two week pay period; shift times are typically 4:00pm-7:00pm.
• AM 16 hours per two week pay period; shift times include 6am-3pm.

Part Time, benefited:

• AM 63 hours per two week pay period; shift times include 6am-3pm.

About the Position:
Come join our team! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for memory care residents, high acuity assisted living residents, assisted living, and independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest South and Cass Street Assisted Living.
Being a Server gives you the opportunity to provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals and getting to know the menu to describe choices to residents and visitors. Our Servers are also responsible for cleaning, busing, dish-washing, meal prep, and catering as needed. Some positions will be responsible for preparing breakfast, working the bistro area and some baking tasks. This position may include transportation of meals to Cass Street Assisted Living.
Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities
• Experience serving or working with the aging population is a plus
• Driver's license with clean driving record required
• Background checks are reviewed by HR after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

Our Wages:

• Our Starting Wages Increase September 26, 2021:
• Server: $13-15 /hour starting, based on qualifications, experience, and hours worked
• Train to fill Assistant Cook shifts for more pay!
• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
