POSITION SUMMARY: This position assists the Instructional Technology Department in day- to- day operations. This position assists with equipment repair, hardware, and software applications. This position may also assist with supervision of students participating in Confluence Academies’ summer school swimming program in partnership with the YMCA.

Education and Experience: Must be enrolled at a Confluence Academies high school for the 2021-2022 school year and qualify as a junior or senior based on credit hours passed.
Language Skills: Ability to read and analyze and interpret technical procedures and instructions. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, other basic math functions.
Technology Abilities: Ability to understand and operate technology in an instructional setting while using a variety of standardized methods.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. The employee must be able to hear, and determine where noises are coming from.

Building supervision often requires the employee to be outside in all sorts of weather or conditions. The noise level in this environment is quiet to loud depending upon the activity in the particular part of the day and location.
