Take ownership of this key position coordinating customer sales and service for a company focused on creating a working environment where employees can provide a quality service for our clients.

Responsibilities include;

·Answering incoming phone calls;

·Inside & outside sales for phone inquiries, emails, and walk-in customers;

·Scheduling and dispatch of jobs for workers;

·Preparation and closing of work orders;

·Advertising and marketing efforts to generate leads;

·Trade show sales and service

Qualifications:

·Possess a passion for helping customers with bath and kitchen upgrades;

·Excellent organizational skills;

·Dependable attendance and punctual

·Ability to project a positive and professional image to callers and visitors;

·Ability to work well as a team player;

·Enthusiastic telephone, customer service, and sales skills;

·Above average ability to multi-task in fast-paced, small business environment,

·A sense of humor is preferred!

Hours are Monday-Friday 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.
