Mississippi Valley Surgery Center is Hiring a Medical Records Specialist- Part-time Near Davenport, IA

Mississippi Valley Surgery Center is seeking to add a PT Medical Records Specialist to our team. This person will perform collection, processing, filing, maintenance, storage, retrieval and distribution of medical records following facility policies and procedures. Other duties include collection and filing of labs, pathology, and xrays in the medical record.
Prior training or courses in medical office activities required. Must possess good typing, communication and computer skills. Prior medical office experience preferred.
Mississippi Valley Surgery Center offers competitive compensation and benefits and this position requires no weekends or holidays.
