Orlando Magic is Hiring a Part-Time Office Client Service Fan Experience Representative Near Orlando, FL

Assist in providing legendary service to Loyal Blue season ticket holders, while supporting the department’s growth and retention strategy of Orlando Magic fans.

You will work up to 28 hours/week at the Amway Center and are required to work game nights along with a select number of non-Magic game events. 

What the Part-Time Client Service Fan Experience Representative will be responsible for:

  • Account Management & Retention

    • Provide outbound call campaign support to the Client Services department.
    • Effectively manage the Client Services email inbox and telephone hotline.
    • Assist with first year season ticket holder on-boarding and welcome gift distribution.
    • Serve as a point of contact for Orlando Magic Fast Break Pass holders.
    • Provide in-game support and create legendary moments for Loyal Blue members.
    • Assist in managing all elements of the automatic renewal process for season ticket holder accounts annually.
    • Effectively capture data to collectively achieve account touchpoint goals, including but not limited to the creation of account lists, ad-hoc account analyses, and strategic management of client base, cases/opportunities, and legendary moments associated to accounts.
    • Assist Client Services team by creating pre-game/pre-event live ticket and attendance reports.
    • Assist with the execution of season ticket holder events.

    General

    • Conduct outbound calls for the Client Services Department to delinquent accounts in order to secure valid payments.
    • Process incoming single game purchases.
    • Deliver service that exceeds expectations.
    • Contribute to the common goals of the Client Services department and Fan Experience team, while demonstrating a willingness to learn new skills.
    • Maintain a pleasant, friendly and customer focused attitude.
    • All other duties as assigned.

What the Part-Time Client Service Fan Experience Representative needs to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service related work experience required.
  • Sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and other related computer skills required.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department. A flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department.
