Oakdale Recovery Center is a 55-bed treatment facility for adults with substance use disorders (SUD). Oakdale Recovery Center is dedicated to assisting persons with substance use and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to begin the process of recovery and to regain control over their lives.

Recovery Techs (also know as patient attendants) are key to the team at Oakdale Recovery Center. They work with the team of nurses, therapists, case managers in the treatment services for our residents.

AFTERNOON SHIFTS:

1) Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 3pm - 11:30pm PART TIME

2) Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday 3pm - 11:30pm PART-TIME

Recovery Tech Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-year relevant health care related work
• CPR Certification (may be obtained during the onboarding process)

NO BATHING, DRESSING OR FEEDING OF PATIENTS IS REQUIRED.

Recovery Tech Responsibilities:

• Assist medical staff with clinic operations and patient care coordination
• Patient support and interaction
• Patient registration, identification, documents, property searches
• Greet new patients and visitors (phone and in person)
• Light cleaning/linen changes or distribution
• Complete room checks per schedule
• Facilitate activity groups
• Serve prepared/catered snacks and meals
• Monitor the physical environment for safety, repairs, cleaning needs
• Monitor patients' whereabouts at all times and document on appropriate forms

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.85 - $17.85 per hour
