Job Description

750.00 SIGN ON BONUS

The Maintenance Technician troubleshoots and repairs electrical, electronics, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems for the egg processing equipment and hi-speed packaging lines. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team in a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime with a continuous improvement mindset.
Work Schedule;
Days - Monday to Friday
Hours - 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Some Saturday work as needed for preventive maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures machinery operates efficiently and effectively to meet productivity requirements
• Performs basic maintenance and upkeep of facilities, grounds, and buildings
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers, vendors, and others
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
