Vet Receptionist
AMVC Veterinary Services

Part-Time: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
· Answer telephones providing excellent customer service
· Schedule appointments allowing the appropriate time for service requested
· Configure invoices and ensure proper payment for services rendered
· Check in inventory, organize, restock shelves
· Housekeeping – keep area clean and organized
· Filing
· Occasional lab work (dispensing medications and shipping or processing blood submissions)
· Assist vets in medical procedures or appointments
· Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude and friendly disposition
· Motivated and energetic
· Punctuality
· Maintain confidentiality at all times
· PC knowledge and keyboarding skills
· Animal handling experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
