Position Title: Part-Time Special Education Teacher

Location: Orange, NJ

Duration: July 1st, 2024, to August 2nd, 2024

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to fill part-time positions at our location in Orange, NJ. The ideal candidates will have strong school-based experience and hold active licensure/certifications in the state of New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and support to students with special needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Active license/certification in Special Education in the state of New Jersey
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
• Work hours: 8:15 AM - 12:45 PM
