**Description**

**Half Moon Bay Lodge** is actively looking for a part time **Breakfast Attendant** to join their food and beverage team! The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing/setting up/servicing the breakfast bar and assisting guests efficiently and courteously.

**E****ssential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:**

* Adhere to Pacificas Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our team members and guests.

* Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines

* Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.

* Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.

* Set up breakfast area to property specifications.

* Prepare breakfast according to operational policies and Company standards.

* Attend to guests needs to ensure food and beverages are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner.

* Inventory food items and report on supplies to be ordered.

* Control inventory for loss, waste and spoilage.

* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, breakfast bar area, seating, tables and equipment to Company standards and health codes at all times.

* Report any missing/found articles or equipment/property damage to the housekeeping supervisor.

* Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

* Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
