SENIOR Solutions is currently seeking a part-time Licensed Registered Nurse to work in our Anderson Adult Daycare. The functions of the job are as follows:

• Assess client needs, develop and implement an effective individualized care plan
• Evaluate nursing care plans and make revisions as needed, at least quarterly
• Document nursing care giving significant observations, nursing intervention and action taken and altering plan of care as indicated
• Knowledge of policy and procedures for infection control
• Acts promptly in emergencies, initiates indicated measures and secures needed assistance
• Coordinates services with other health care/social service agencies. Makes appropriate referrals to physical therapist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, and collaborates in plan of care and follows up on recommendations
• Administers oral medications
• Documents all medications given or omitted including medications self administered by participants as well as participants response on medication plan

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be knowledgeable in office terminology, procedures and routines and office equipment
• Requires a high degree of accuracy on a timely basis and organizational skills
• Must have the ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions and work independently within the guidelines of the position

Required license or certification:

· Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
