Women Care is Hiring a Maintenance Near Mansfield, OH
Maintenance
Women's Care, Inc. is a leading provider of OB/GYN. We are seeking a Maintenance person to work approximately 20 hours a week, looking at a schedule of Mon, Wed, Fri from 7:30AM to 12PM. This position does not offer any sponsorship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs maintenance and light repairs (replacing light bulbs).
2. Performs routine cleaning on the grounds.
3. Repairs various equipment and appliances.
4. Coordinates tradesperson for electrical and plumbing.
5. Undertakes duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g., shoveling snow).
6. Able to identify and report needs for major repairs.
7. Runs errands as needed.
8. Collects and prepares shredding and recycling.
9. Distributes deliveries (UPS/FedEx).
10. Able to maintain inventory for paper supplies.
11. Restocks paper supplies in storage closet.
Other Job Functions:
1. Possess time management skills, along with the ability to multitask.
2. Communicate effectively and tactfully with others.
3. Able to effectively listen, understand and respond to the needs of others.
4. Must be able to lift 50lbs and climb a step ladder.
5. Projects a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
3. Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
4. Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing.
5. Basic math skills.
6. Mechanically inclined.
