- 3 years Industry experience
- ServSafe certification
- Encourage and train students, to help them grow into culinary professionals
- Carry out Lincoln Tech's established curricula in an organized and concise manner
- Demonstrate culinary skills safely in our fully equipped kitchen
- Assure classes are conducted in a manner that complies with the principles of food safety and sanitation
- Instruct students about safety in the kitchen, proper measurement, and cooking techniques
- Evaluate students' performance and maintain accurate attendance records
- Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
- Good understanding of culinary equipment and safety
- Strong communication skills
- Supervisory or Management Experience a plus
- Associate degree
