We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about club amenities, local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist with Club Pride and cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist Club Manager, Membership Director when needed.
- Ensure the lobby and Cardio area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in management or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of computers is imperative
- A passion for fitness and a desire to create a positive guest experience
