Overview
Prosegur Security is looking for Unarmed Flex/On Call Security Officers in the Albuquerquearea with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. The On-Call Security Professional is expected to have strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to various security situations. Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
- Must have a valid/current physical State of New Mexico Security Officer License
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
- Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
- As a FLEX SECURITY OFFICER, I have no regular or guaranteed schedule.
you are available for work six (6) days a week, on at least two (2) different shifts, Day, Swing or Grave. - As a FLEX SECURITY OFFICER, you may be called into work with little or no notice.
- This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
- You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
SHIFTS: Schedule will vary as dependent on when needed at site for officer(s) out sick or PTO.

- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Security Guard-Level 1 License Stae of New Mexico
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
