IAS Associates is Hiring a Nursing Home Scheduler Part-Time Near Andover, MA
- Ensure all employees are entered into the facilities scheduling system
- Ensure each full and part time employee has a set schedule that is followed
- Communicate with employees for open shifts as they become available.
- Effectively and economically fill shifts to ensure coverage for the facility that is fair to the employees and employer.
- Answering Phones & Dealing with Callers
- Tracking Attendance & Lateness
- Processing mail and emails
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in Nurse Scheduling preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work in an everchanging environment
- Possess organizational skills and ability to be flexible
