Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:30pm OR 12:30pm-5:00pm
Hilliard, Ohio (onsite)
Starts June 2024!
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering phones
- Checking in visitors within the Workplace Management online platform
- Working in MS Outlook with calendar management
- Able to clock hours through the online ADP system
- Print visitor badges
- Send out mailings
- Greet outside service vendors and direct them to the correct areas/departments
Who we’re looking for:
- Administrative experience
- Basic computer skills/ knowledge
- Professional appearance
- Friendly demeanor
- Effective communication skills
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Timely and sense of urgency
