Elite Coach is currently looking for an energetic, competent, and friendly person to join our tour planning and reservation team. This role involves front line interaction with our customers and vendors and includes tour planning, tour reservations & customer service. This is a part-time position requiring 4 days / 25-30 hours per week.

This is a challenging position that requires the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and being highly organized is a must. A successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be positive and friendly, a self-starter with a desire to learn and grow with us.
Tours are primarily domestic motorcoach tours that include both day trips from the Central Pennsylvania area as well as regional overnight and multi-day tours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's or Associates Degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Outlook, Excel
• Excellent phone, in-person and e-mail communication skills are a must
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task, remain focused and maintain a positive attitude
• Sufficient math skills to calculate margins and tour pricing components
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and co-workers to accomplish goals

Pay Range: $23-$24 per hour
