Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated candidate to help with day-to-day accounting functions. It is preferreed that the qualified candidate has past experience in log-term care billing&collections also have solid knowledge of medicaid requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment procedures
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs and collecting specimens
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on medical procedures and treatments
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Process medical billing and coding using DRG, ICD-9, ICD-10 codes
- Collaborate with medical billing department to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
- Coordinate with insurance companies for pre-authorizations and claims processing
- Assist with medical collections to ensure timely payment from patients.
