In this role, you will report to the Director, Delivery, and will:

• Manage project scope and timeline
• Coordinate project deliverables and reviews and integrating timelines with the larger program activities
• Coach team members in research and testing best practices
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration across program, account, design, research, and strategy
• Facilitate external communication and effective collaboration and be the point of contact across various clients, stakeholders, their partners, and client internal organizations
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests and strategize ways to incorporate those items into current and future test plans
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
• Guide creative teams to higher discipline maturity
• Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years working as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital environment
• Demonstrable skills in managing projects of high risk and complexity, including timeline and budget management
• Strong communication skills and expertise in leading strategic discussions & presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Track record of working at depth within a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or design agencies
• Proven understanding of technology development and the design and testing lifecycle
• Expert knowledge of the end-to-end process for delivering design and user experience deliverables
• Ability to jump into and manage many different categories of work
• Strong presence and command of a room
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, time management, with a proven ability to do this at a management level internally and externally
• Ability to travel, as needed
• Available for part-time hours (~20hrs/week)
• Fully remote

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $44- $72. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
