We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our real estate team as a Field Services Runner (Real Estate Courier). This crucial role involves performing various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of real estate field operations. As a Field Services Runner, you will be an essential part of our listing management team, supporting agents and ensuring that all tasks related to launching and maintaining a listing are executed seamlessly.

This is a great part-time, flexible opportunity for someone looking to add an additional source of income without the requirement of a strictly regulated shift. This role requires the ability to travel around the DMV area to complete tasks related to listing properties.

$16,000 - $38,000 yearly

Property Renovation Check-Ins:

• Check in on our current renovation projects and report back to the Listing Management team about updated timelines as reported by the contractors and project managers

Signage Installation and Removal:

• Install and remove real estate supplemental signage (not full-size signs, but magnets, riders, etc.) on properties according to company guidelines
• Ensure that signage is displayed prominently and professionally

Key & Lockbox Management:

• Facilitate key exchange between various parties, including agents, buyers, and inspectors
• Maintain a secure and organized system for key management
• Maintain a secure and organized system for lockbox tracking, placement, and access using SentriLock or other similar real estate lockbox system

Client Interaction:
You may not have much interaction with clients, however, there will be instances where you will interact with them such as during key exchanges and listing materials placement. During these times, there is a responsibility to:

• Represent the company with professionalism
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address inquiries professionally when applicable
• Act as a liaison between clients and the real estate team, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction, and/or
• Relay messages and inquiries to the Listing Management team to be able to follow up with the client.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organize your schedule efficiently based on important dates and deadlines
• Reliable transportation as this role is the majority driving between our listed properties delivering materials and coordinating key pickups and signage installs
• Experience using SentriLock or other real estate lockbox management systems a plus
