Eastpointe Country Club, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for a Day Porter. This is a part-time position with 8 hours on Monday and 8 hours on Tuesday. Eastpointe is an elite private club with exceptional experiences and superb amenities, including two Audubon-certified Tom Fazio golf courses, dining, tennis, pickleball, and fitness, all of which provide a diverse year-round social calendar of fun. Eastpointe’s original clubhouse, situated on the signature 18th hole of the East Course, was recently joined by a second, The Pointe, a $12 million lifestyle amenity with a large aquatic center, state-of-the-art fitness center, and stylish fine dining and entertainment.

Responsibilities of the Day Porter at Eastpointe Country Club include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining restrooms
• Dusting cobwebs
• Cleaning pool furniture
• Sweeping common areas
• Mopping common areas
• Emptying trash
• Maintaining trash dumpster area
• Pulling weeds around pool deck
• Washing and folding fitness towels
• Keeping parking lot clean
• Any other projects assigned by the Maintenance Director

Required Skills

• Multitasking, reasoning, problem-solving, and paying attention to detail are desirable, along with the ability to maintain poise in fast-paced, high-stress situations.
• Strong people skills and a desire to please customers.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Physical requirements include frequent bending, standing, and walking, pushing, pulling and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

May be required to work outside during all weather conditions
