Rack Room Shoes is Hiring a Retail Team Lead Near Clarksville, TN
Rack Room Shoes has multiple locations throughout the Clarksville/Hopkinsville area and has over 500 locations nationwide. There are entry level management positions in both markets and each can lead to other management opportunities.
This position reports to the Assistant Manager and the Store Manager. The Team Lead is a part-time supervisory position that oversees all areas of daily retail store operations. Primary responsibilities focus on ensuring a high level of customer service by all staff members, opening and closing duties as well as visual merchandising and product placement. Previous retail leadership experience is helpful but not required.
Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
Benefits are available for full-time positions only.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
