Skills Required

• Proven at least 1 years’ experience as a Barista/Milkshake Prep in a reputable establishment.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with guests, take orders, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering excellent service under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
• 16 years of age

Job Description:

A GAMEROOM Bartender is tasked with creating masterful alcoholic beverages and thoughtful recommendations from our menu, all while providing spectacular customer service. Our Bartenders are responsible for checking identification and maintaining a safe and immaculate workspace.

What will you be doing daily?

• Being an ambassador of fun, ensuring each guest will want to come back again and again.
• Prep work and set up milkshake station
• Maintain product presentation and quality
• Follow the Gameroom’s milkshake recipes.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling.
• Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift.
• Clean and sanitize shake spinners throughout shift.
• Portion ingredients for milkshakes.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with.
• Work closely with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. Provide support during busy periods and assist in other areas of the establishment when needed.
• Process guest payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register. Keep records of sales, tips, and inventory to support effective management and financial transparency.
• Performing opening, closing and side duties as required
