Brookdale Harbor Bay is a small quaint Alzheimer's and Dementia Care community with 35 residents nestled along Harborview Drive in Gig Harbor. Our memory care program is rooted in a person-centered approach that preserves identity and sense of self. Our secured community provides a daily path of engagement that allows residents to flourish, even with advanced expression of dementia.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicants skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.
