ResponsibilitiesMoving inventory and materials across the facilitiesIncluding delivering packages to the correct departments, person, or area. Investigating packages that appear incorrect or questionable.Physically receiving in the item from the delivery truck. Open and inspect each package and distribute appropriately. Sort and organize and inventory in the proper locations. Question items that appear wrong. Label and package items appropriately according to the customer sales order and prepare for shipping process. Ship items according to shipping policy. Coordinate domestics and international ground and LTL shipments.Report damages or missing items to supervisor.Receive and process incoming and outgoing RMA's from customers and vendors. Work with group for internal RMA processes as well.
