Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure laboratory meets COLA certification standards and facilitates the survey process
- Performs phlebotomy procedures
- Collects necessary laboratory specimens
- Maintains a safe environment
- Maintains quality results
- Adhere to Meritas policy and procedures
Qualification:
- BS in chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two years of experience in a physician office setting
- Current BCLS and ACLS
- Knowledge on how to perform phlebotomy, and various specimen collection techniques
