Position: Part-Time Maintenance
Essential Functions:
Thinks, communicates and behaves as a cause-driven leader and role model for other staff and members when it comes to desired staff behaviors; promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in all job-related functions.
Plans long-range maintenance needs develops and administers (in conjunction with CEO) all preventative maintenance programs.
Develops, administers and records plans to maintain building in compliance with all building codes. OSHA requirements, laws and ordinances.
Receives and schedules all daily maintenance requests and records disposition of each.
Schedules in conjunction with the CEO, major and minor repairs and maintenance on a daily basis.
Complete Purchase orders and order all maintenance and custodial supplies, parts, and products for the YMCA.
Schedule and execute annual inspections and testing on systems in the YMCA. This includes but is not limited to: Simplex System, Fire extinguisher and fire inspection, backflow valve, drain and do annual maintenance on the pools.
Other tasks/duties as assigned by the CEO.
